Answered: 3DO Not Applying Textures

Hi guys, 

I am new to the Quixel suite, so I apologize if this is an easy question. My issue is that whenever I open up a model to texture in DDO, it doesn't show up in 3DO. The physical model itself is there, but any materials I apply do not. It just stays sort of greyish colored. I can see that the diffuse, normals, metalness, roughness and other flat maps are changing, but I cannot see it applied on the 3d model in 3DO. Any ideas?

    Hey CBR0M3!

    Please ensure that the mesh group name(s) (the name(s) of your actual mesh(es) in your modeling program of choice, not the exported model containing the groups) matches the names of the *.PSDs that DDO created. For example, a mesh group called Object001 will have *.PSDs associated with it called Object001 [AlbedoM].PSD (replace [AlbedoM] with [Normal] [Roughness] [Specular] etc...) that will associate the *.PSDs with your model in 3DO. :smile:
