Am I installing this Max script wrong?

Hi guys
I came across a really neat maxscript that I want to start using recently however I cant get it to work. It is appearing in my list of options under Customize UI and I have added a hotkey for it but when I press it nothing is happening. I am using 3ds Max Design 2014. The files are MCR and I have installed them as instructed in the readme text: 1 file in Macro scripts and 1 in usermacros (I had to create this folder as it did not exist before). I also have them installed in the normal scripts folder that my other scripts have succesfully installed from - C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max Design 2014\scripts
However nothing seems to be working. Am I doing something wrong in my approach? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Also try toggling off the Keyboard Shortcut Override. Maybe you have something conflicting with the hotkey.
As a test you can put it in a menu or quad and run it to see if its the hotkey or the script.
