Need help with emissive layer and color layers in Substance Painter

Hey guys, I am new to Substance Painter, and I am trying to paint a color over top of my Emissive layer, and it changes the color! How do I make it so that the color on top does not change?

How did you setup your layer stack ? Without knowing more it's a bit complicated to give any advice.
