3ds Max Quick Pelt Stretch Problem

Hi, sorry for the, maybe, double post, but the firs haved bad img link and anyway seems disappear :look:
Sorry for my broken english too ^^'

So i have this little problem, i have this model:

But when i try to unwrap using the pelt, the seams that it use are those around the eyes, when i would use the seams around the neck.

So, how i can assign the seams that i want to use to start the pelt?
