I'm not sure what a custom Tumblr page supports, but if it fully supports HTML you might be able to do this.
What you would want to do is copy the code out of the .html that Toolbag exports, put that into your Tumblr page, and then find the URL to the asset on ArtStation. I can help with that if you post a link to it.
This may not work though, depending on how Tumblr's servers are configured.
