Zsphere Re-topology Question

Hey guys! Is there a way to smooth out your re-topo while using the Zsphere rigging method like there is during Quad Draw in Maya? I'm not a huge fan of the topology brush method, or having to go to other programs. Thanks!

Just raise the density slider in the adaptive skin rollout. This is the amount of levels of subdiv.
