Imp Knight Courier [WIP]

Hi everyone,
it's been a while since I've posted on these forums. Hope this is the right spot to be posting a Dota related W.I.P thread.
I plan on making a little Imp like creature with some armour for a Courier.
Here are my Progress shots so far. Been working with the 3,000 tri limit in mind and hoping to start a high poly sculpt soon using 3D-coat.
any C&C would be awesome as it has been a while since I've made anything.
