Hey everyone. My name is Eugene and I am a 3D modeler. I was hoping that I could get some feedback on my demo reel. I am currently working on new stuff and want to see how I can improve both my models and my future demo reels. Any and all comments are much appreciated.

Your work here is a good start.
Do you have a portfolio? If not I strongly suggest you create one.
Use Polycount's great folio guide/wiki:

I would suggest using ArtStation.
This is my personal opinion but a demo reel that shows no motion has no real substantial purpose. If you were set on having a video, instead of mood music perhaps narrate the video and describe specifics of your process, how long it took, what programs you used, etc. A 3D/prop/environment artist is better suited in having a portfolio in which contains various beauty shots of your work with texture breakdowns. Your portfolio should demonstrate and illustrate your knowledge of art creation and your knowledge of current technology/methods.
Specifically regarding critiques, You have two models unfinished and the ghost and tardis could be pushed further. It looks like your modeling skills are headed towards the right place.
I would suggest starting a new project and take that asset to the next level. I would suggest following the excellent Grenade tutorial made by Tim Bergholz. He utilizes 3DS Max but the program does not matter only the substance.

If you have any questions we are happy to help.
Look into using Marmoset Tool Bag 2 for your renders as it removes most of the hassle other rendering methods have.
