Making a low poly and stylized character for a (non-existant) MOBA-like game (yeah I know, there are many of those already) but I think it gives a good starting point for designs.
The poly budget is very limited at a maximum of 3.000 tris with maybe some cheating here and there by adding about 250-500 tris for the weapon.
Texture sizes will be 512*512 or 1024*1024 for the character and then respectively 256*256 or 512*512 for the weapon.
First I have to decide on a design, which has been a lot more difficult than I thought. It has to be very humanoid, the upper body has to be a whole lot bigger than the lower body, etc.

So I decided to do a mercenary type. In essence he would be part of the Wolfbrothers, a mercenary group that scavenges their armor from the fallen which gives them a very rag tag feeling.

Its at the limit of triangles I can use and I havent even done the face yet!

Hopefully I can start texturing soon! Tho I am honestly stressed about how im going to approach, since I have zero experience in this aspect.
Any and all feedback is MORE than welcome!
Will revisit it in a month or so and improve it.
