Maya/Mental Ray - Can´t get a good alpha channel from my render

Hi everyone!
This is my first post in the forum, but I´ve been struggling with this issue for a couple of days.
I´m working on a pretty complex environment scene, wich I only can render by splitting it in render layers. It´s an environment scene with losts of trees, with their leave cards etc.... The leaves are assigned to mental ray´s mia_material_x, so the leave texture tiff file´s  alpha color is plugged into the cutout opacity of the material wich works great in the renders, but (as my intention is to composite the different layers and therefore I need a clean alpha channel of the renders), it seems that the alpha channel doesn´t show the transparency of the textures but the whole card.

Here I post a comp of a sample render I´ve done, just to show how the alpha channel doesn´t preserve the transparency of the leaves texture.

Any help please? For sure there is something I´m missing, but without this solved there´s no sense to try compositing the different layers.

Thanks in advance!
