Looking for Z Brush character Pipelines

Hey Polycount,
I'm looking for some ref vids or explanations on how to go about starting a character model in Z brush. ANY THOUGHTS ARE WELCOMED! Im pretty comfortable in max, but would call myself a novice in z brush as i know the interface. Any help on a next gen pipeline would be great!
