Answered: Can 3DO display opacity?

Hi,

I'm trying without success to get the latest version of 3DO to display opacity.I want to add rips into cloth.
I have added an opacity map from the drop down list and painted on some black to a layer but nothing is showing up in 3DO after I refresh.
What am I doing wrong or can it not display it?

Yes, of course!

Click on the mesh and enable your desired transparency type from the menu that appears.

Thanks! You might consider adding it to the menu bar at the top, its not very consistent with the rest of the interface:)
