Hello Polycount!

Edit: long and irrelevant post anymore... x]

Anyway, here's my first character - slightly stylised Abraham Ford from The Walking Dead series:

The sculpt is still not finished, but it's getting there. I think the face needs the most work, but before jumping to finalising stages, I'd really like to hear what You guys think. What could be improved? I'm always doing everything on my own without any kind of real critiques from other artists so I'm open to any suggestions - style, proportions, details - I'm ready to resculpt anything (if it's a valid argument!). x]

Anyway, I think I'll go through every detail one by one, refine were needed and call the sculpt done. The Hair will be made with standard alpha planes in the end, so I'm not going to spend time sculpting them now.

This is awesome. You can instantly tell who it is. The angle from the side is almost spot on. So well done. 

His hair is sometimes a bit redder though on the show. Which looks unnatural and died though. So maybe you're better off sicking to a more natural colour like you've given him

@Tomwoodart thanks. Yes, I agree, his haircut sometimes does look strange in the show. And that's not just color, but how thick the hair are, it almost looks like there is no actual hair strands, just one big chunk (especially in the back). I don't think I'll try recreating them, I'm going to make something a bit simpler.

I won't have time to work on personal stuff for a few coming weeks so wanted to show where I'm at at the moment.
worked on lowpoly, UVs, bakes, hair, started texturing and doing some pose tests. A bit of everything but nothing finished.
I wanted to make my life easier for posing and made most of the character from one big continues mesh.. and that was a mistake, now it's harder to control sss vs standard shader in marmoset..  The gun is just a decimated highres, he has no eyes and his haircut is still a mess..
