Answered: I got a crash message after update to 2.1.4

Hello everybody !

 First Sorry my english is not good.
I recently install Quixel suite and I've got this problem when I update  to the last version .
I am using photoshop CC 2015
windows 10
I don't know what to do If anybody can help me... thanks in advance ...julien

Hey R2OL1O,

Try a clean install and see if that helps: uninstall Quixel SUITE and the reinstall.

Did the reinstall help you? It hasn't helped me. I wonder if dual xeon processors can contribute to the crash. I can't work for more that a minute or two without a crash. So in actuality, I can't  work in DDO at all. I'm using 2.1.4 also on Windows 10 with Photoshop CC 2015.

You could also attempt running Photoshop as an administrator once, and then close it - then relaunch the SUITE afterward. That may assist as well.
