Heyo! So as you might've seen, I already have a thread here for my universe Luminé so I can get better that concept art. Then someone told me "Yo, you could work a bit on your proportions" and gave me the link to
Wendy relearns how to draw. And I figured "Welp. I should do the same!".
I don't own any anatomy books, nor have the money for this. So everything I'll learn is either from the internet, advice or studying my own face untill I get my hands on a book.
Please ignore my terrible writing. The last time I've tried to write on paper was a few months ago andd writing wasn't my strongest point! So yesterday, day 1, I began to focus on the nose. Because one of my biggest issues is how to draw noses. You can pretty much see that once it becomes angled, I sit with my hands in my hair haha.

Depending on where you live you can find books in a local library.
As for online resources, there's this:

DeviantArt has a lot of stock photography specifically for reference:

And this website:

I found it through Pinterest which is another great place for looking for reference. But you'll need to create a Pinterest account otherwise you'll get a nagging screen.
Had a few day breaks, because of a very low stamina. Anyhow, this went quite nicely. Without any references, just watching my own eye. I did have a few doubts with where to place the lens and how the skin around the eyes would work once the eyes roll up. But that's for studying!
Right now I decided to tackle the basic features of the human face without any references, to figure out how much I know already and what I have to learn. Based on that I'll do research, search for references and fix my mistakes!
