The Beast - Frost Knight

Starting a bit late but I'll make sure to finish this in time.
I've made a pinterest with what inspired me for this challenge.

The background of my beast is :
A knight was cursed after killing a witch. His curse is to turn everything in his path and everything he touch into ice. The only way to lift the curse is to find true love. After a few years wandering alone, he found the one, and decided to offer her a rare flower / fruit.
