I believe it's been a while since I do anything like this. I once again come to seek the advice and critiques of the Polycount community.
Being a fan of old Tudor-style buildings and British Pubs, I decided to have a go at this one myself. It's taken a few weekends of work to get this far, and there's more to come.
Loosely referenced around the Shambles are of York (one of my favourite haunts), I taking various aspects from each of these reference images and basing more of the structure around a York-based pub.
This is the one I've chosen to base my small environment around:

Your building has the general details required to look like the reference but is missing the more subtle well placed dirt build up and modelling details to break the CG feel.
Also a good trick for the windows is to add some subtle bump detail via the normal map for each pane of glass. You can see the effect on the reflection in the windows in the left of your first reference image to be aiming for.
Bit of an update. Added more to the scene that I've been wanting to include. Just yet to add the plants and outer scenery, and it should be done.
Completely rebuilt the lighting too as I wasn't happy with it.
@nathdevlin: Thanks for the pointers. The second link sadly no longer works though. I've tweaked the windows reflection values with added reflection capture spheres. They might need some altering at some point.
Almost there folks.
Just a few changes and things to add, and I should be ready to call this one done.
Thinking of adding some plants to the tubs and hanging baskets. And maybe the odd piece of tableware.

There's a few things I would add & change. After trying out some of the Post Processing effects, I will certainly tone down the Bloom and the Depth of Field. They're nice to have, but a little bit overkill here. And now that I've noticed, the glass shaders seem somewhat weird as well don't they? Must fix that.
Was possibly considering the large pub sign on a wood post just beside the main Tavern. That's only a decorative addition. And the only thing left to ideally add. And possibly adjust the plant materials.
Just about ready to call it a day with this one.
New sign, updated textures, more plants and some Lighitng & Post Processing adjustments.
Calling it a day with this one for real. Mainly because I've spent far too much time on this one, and need to move onto other projects.
