Plush/Fabric Texture?

Hey all,
Posted a somewhat similar question on the Substance thread. I'd be curious to see people's textures when it comes to fabrics, or in particular something akin to what's in this picture. I'd like to recreate the effect, but it seems the only sure way to make it look good is through shader setup and putting in some layered alphas throughout the asset.
Also, I pose this question since I see a lot of hard surface material and some tiling pattern-like textures (see cloth or chainmail for example) being made which can be made quite easily, but I hardly ever see textures for things like this.
Can anyone provide some insight or images as to what they've achieved? I don't necessarily need a breakdown, I'm just curious to see some examples and would love to try my hand at achieving the same result more or less. Thanks! o/
