I would like to know which file-types (models/textures) are best for use in UE4 ? And can I attach textures to models and do some modelling in UE4 or only Blender? (what is possible in UE4 editor?) I would like to improve (make more details) models like these examples: http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/old-farm-house-91130.html http://tf3dm.com/3d-model/small-factory-93805.html Textures like these for example: http://3dsky.org/3dmodels/category/derevo

You would want to export your models in the format ".FBX".
When it comes to Textures you can use most of the standard formats .JPG .PNG .TGA. I prefer (.PNG or .TGA) for better detail.
You need to use a proper modelling software such as Autodesk's Maya / 3D Studio Max or Blender in order to create models.

I have a YouTube Channel dedicated to these sort of things that you are asking about: Check out this video for more information https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wfTYfWqpAE .
To be honest the video isn't the best but gets the point of it across. I will be making a tutorial series soon on how you can properly create and import models to the engine. So I suggest that you stay tuned for that if you still need help.

Have a great rest of the day! :)
