You would want to export your models in the format ".FBX". When it comes to Textures you can use most of the standard formats .JPG .PNG .TGA. I prefer (.PNG or .TGA) for better detail. You need to use a proper modelling software such as Autodesk's Maya / 3D Studio Max or Blender in order to create models.
