Recently decided to finally overcome my fear of organic modelling and get a trial of Zbrush. Always wanted to do character modelling but organic modelling seemed like a dark art.
I watched a tutorial then created the below piece and would really love your critique.

Also not clear if Polycount is only for game art/design. It seems to be one of the more active forums from my lurking so thought it would be my best bet for feedback. If it doesn't belong here let me know.

Actually surprised it came out looking anything like a head, my only other experience in Zbrush was creating a worm and a mouse to learn the program.
Also posted the ref I was using below, wasn't going for a likeness sculpt just wanted to use the ref to get the forms looking female.
