Hi guys,
I have a UV question,
I've found a base mesh of a character model that came with a character customization software and took a look at the UV's

I was impressed with how nice and efficient the UV's were laid out, I've attached a screenshot and if anyone knows how this kind of result may be achieved it would be awesome to know! 

the thing im particularly interested in is the straight borders how everything is squared off and really clean, whenever I unwrap  i dont get such straight edges. 

any help is much appreciated!
