Is there any way to fit the floor grid to view instead of the mesh when pressing f key or frame button?

This program is so hard to use. I had to resort to a stupid hack job lol.
I added four quads and unwrapped them and placed them in the corner of the uv map. Now the floor grid snaps perfectly to the document size.
Basically I'm looking at the same thing I would see in photoshop now. I wonder if Zbrush has a more efficient way of setting something like this up?

Why not just export a texture applied to the mesh at whatever res you need? Or do you specifically need the grid as well?
I presume this is just a template for texturing in PS.
