How to fix this UV stretching on rectangular uv strips.

I got UV stretching at the worst possible place on my hair strips. 



Is there a way to fix that awful UV stretching at the base of the hair strip while keeping the UV strip rectangular?

Didn't we cover this in-depth in your other thread? I take it you used the R>F Headus trick I mentioned in that thread? Remember, if you try and stray too far from the natural relaxed shell, by forcing rectilinear, then you will encounter distortion.
