River Guardian Grody Frog and Tadpole

Can I get some delicious crits plz
a little info:
-He's like a river guardian
-Has crippled feet so he has little tadpole servants (working on those now!) to care for him
-Large growths on his back will be like egg sacks where he creates his tadpoles
-would be a mix between a white's tree frog and a African bull frog
-No real culture tied to this

I've started my work on little tadpole servant. Unfortunately I lost all of his texture work because of my incompetence  I plan on making this second pass better than the last. Does anyone have any solid reference for tadpole texture? all that I have found have been just really shiny looking skin. I think they have little bumps along their skin

I have some topology done so far. Still need to go back and fix some things (including those frog forearms......) I kept The arms separate from the main body of the frog. I wanted to be able to manipulate the fat rolls over the arms and was worried the fluidity wouldn't be very well if the arms were attached.

Did my first pass on some textures through substance painter. Tadpole babe just has some quick color stuff going

Did some more painting and popped them into marmoset. Just have some more things to adjust but I am having so much fun right now. Created this funny little scene with these guys
