Now I look at a lot of work here and think wow!. I'm not one to shy away from trying. I've currently been layed of from my job so I'm now working on my 3d skills and hoping to get some freelance work etc. So my first step was to make some Rifles and update my art station. which can be found here >---
https://www.artstation.com/artist/haytch ---<
Also I'd Like to show you my newest piece the SA80 A2.
This rifle means a lot to me personally as I was in the British army for 5 years and it was mine!. I miss the good ol' banter of the army and everything that came with it so I felt an accomplishment when I managed to get the look right!. Now I'm not like you guys I don't use 3DS max because I dislike the UI And I'm a self taught 3D Artist. I Use Blender and For my Natural work (rocks etc) I use zbrush, I know weapon modelling In zbrush can be awesome However I'm still to get that down!... getting of topic here it is, please feel free to give feedback!....

As for the weapon I have used it also I think the plastic grips are a little harsh maybe turndown the noise on them?
Have you thought about adding a Picatinny rail so you could mount some extras on it? Maybe even try modelling the SUSAT sight would be kinda cool. You could have different renders of the different attachments.
thanks though, yeah the piano is a really old model and was supposed to look derelict
