UDK and Ark SDK not accessable?

Hey guys, its been a while but I want to get back into modding, however it seems that I picked a bad time as the UDK download link is not working for me. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I tried getting it yesterday and it wouldn't work. I went to the Unreal Tournament website instead and was able to download it from there: https://www.unrealtournament.com/download?dismiss=https://www.unrealtournament.com/

Do you know about Unreal Engine 4?

yeah, thats what i'm talking about. I called it UDK out of habit. but the problem still persist, cant download UE4
