[PAID] Consultant for dynamic user generated textures for 3D game models

Looking for someone who can guide me through the process of how to create a configurable user generated character. Not looking for artist, but programmers who understand the assets that need to be created (and how to be created) so that information can be relayed to the artist. Also looking to have the sample configurator created via UNITY engine. Please when you reply please indicate that you understand the project and list any references that reflect that you have done this type of work prior.

    For mesh customization, you could get Mega-Fiers from the asset store. As for custom textures, you're not really clear enough on what you want. Recoloring textures is not so hard. Apart from that, you can add decals, or allow users to swap textures of specific meshes, and there are various other options too...

    You are 100% correct its a basic set of meshes that I would need to have customization via decals. Just like Need for Speed when your changing the look of your car via colors, decals etc.
