Whenever I try re-rendering my project with updated maps it gives me this error right at the end.

The normal map is 8k and I'm downscaling to 4k.

What are your full system specifications? Looking up that error code via Microsoft reveals this: 

Error Message:

Not enough quota is available to process this command.

User Action:

Close some applications and try again. If you still get this message, choose System from Control Panel, then choose Virtual Memory and increase the size of your paging file.

Tried increasing virt ram but still getting same error. Only had photoshop and the suite open too.

If you have a lot of layers in a set of 8k documents, there's a very real possibility that you're overwhelming your system - as Photoshop has to load the 8k maps and then rescale them to 4k. The memory loaded doesn't get released until Photoshop closes, so you're essentially loading four 8k maps and four 4k maps with the same amount of layers between them. You might be able to alleviate this issue by setting your Photoshop scratch disk to your SSD.

Added my ssd to Photoshop's scratch disk list. I don't get an error anymore but my 3do baking seems to crash or something halfway through. It opens and then freezes with the model all white and shiny with only the normal map applied, I'm also able to move around the viewer just fine as if nothing is happening. It says baking maps at 50% in the background but doesn't appear to be moving forward (I left it like this for about half an hour, this bake usually takes less then 2 minutes). If i close 3do the rest of the process goes as normal but with nothing new being done to my textures.

Did you send logs to Sameer to get this problem evaluated? If you did, it might take some time to get it troubleshooted and fixed.

Ok then. I wasn't sure since it had been a few weeks so just wanted to check in.

When you run into an issue like this, it's best to send over the logs so they can be checked over. However, there is a new version of the SUITE that's in pre-release, if you'd like to try that out and see if it helps with this issue.
