1x2 Texture maps?

Hey guys, started making a texture graph to go with a project I'm working on for school, I am trying to make a 1x2 Texture to be put onto a rectangular shape to be used as wall paneling much like the wall panels in Portal 2 (Image within) And I have no clue about it, doing some research also didn't bring about many results, but I remember I saw something done about it and could not for the life of me remember it, any assistance would be great! Thanks very much for taking the time to help me. (Using Substance Designer 5)
