yo, I've made some chainmail in zbrush thats obv in the multimillions with multimesh. how the hell do i use this in maya without it crashing my system. BTW it hasn't crashed it yet but I can tell it's a lot of strain on it. Anything you guys can tell me about how to manage large meshes like this i would appreciate.

Also, try using the legacy viewport rather than viewport 2.0. I get a big performance increase doing that.

in vray its vrmesh proxy... in arnold its a standin...
just convert the highres chainmail to a vray mesh...
