The Beast - The Great Goat

For my submission I decided to do a goat-headed demon from my favourite manga, Berserk.

Original concept from Berserk:
Backstory: Once upon a time there were two handsome and wealthy princes, Cid and Garth; both sons of a sick and elderly king. When the king passes away and leaves Cid as his heir, Garth attempts to assassinate him. He fails, however, and is imprisoned in the royal dungeon and kept alive by his brother for years. When he finally comes close to death, he is visited by the devil, who offers him immortality in exchange for his humanity. With nothing left to lose, he accepts the offer and is transformed into a rampaging goat demon with no memory of his past life. His new form holds so much power that he easily breaks free from the dungeon and takes over the castle, slaughtering everyone within including his brother and mother. He remains in his father's palace for eternity, slowly regaining his mind and realizing that he must live forever haunted by the memory of what he has done.

Replies
You also might want to do a neutral pose closer to the concept, with a little more hunch in the back. That will sell his shapes and create a strong silhouette to help you through the detailing process.
Lastly, the head seems blobby and is lacking the taper in the snout.
