What we need:
· Tile sets (64x64)
· Characters (8 Dimensional)
· Monsters (8 Dimensional)
· GUI (health/ mana bars, Skill bar, Inventory)
· Skill Icons and more.
All art will be credited to whomever joins the team.
Also payment by Tile sets, Animations, GUI, Icons, etc. depending on the Art. Payments are negotiable. Example: Full Tile set for ($8.50 - $15.00), Full GUI ($9.50 - $30.00).
Obviously this is a RPG and there will be a lot of Art needed and we would like to stick with one Artist to keep the theme and feel of the game complete so if you’re looking to make some quick cash and quit, we don’t want you.

Not really intended to TS, but I've been stumbling upon similar posts here and there and never seen any discussion.
So what, you people deal with it and consider it normal? It's like, cheaper than working at McDonalds, right? - twice as cheaper I guess. Or even less?
Mate, this is free market policy, it is not likely going to change any time soon.
Polycount Admins often argue that such rates can be attractive for artists working in other countries.
If you are specialist in this field, I would recommend that you post what hour-rate this job requires.
This could help less experienced artists to put things in perspective so they can make themselves an educated opinion.
