Desk - Prop Furniture [ Substance Painter ]

Hi Polycounters,

I came down with a cold so yesterday and today I stayed in and made this desk. I Speed modeled the geometry and used substance designer and painter for this. The texture took the longest to do. This desk will be a small part of a bigger scene I'm working on but I'm not very far along with it, just did some basic block outs in 3ds max so far.

As always critiques are welcome. Please let me know what you guys think.

    Woah!! Awesome work!! I love the details on the top of the table, but the wear and tear around the edges seems a little too consistent. I feel like it should be the most intense where are person would sit, and also around the handles of the drawers. Also if you wanted to eliminate some geometry, I would make the drawers themselves separate objects. Then you can bevel the edges a little more and add more depth!

    I love this! Did you great a high poly of your desk and bake it down? Or did you just model > paint.
