[PAID] 3D-Modeller with Data Prep / Operating experience (Germany)
To support our dynamic team in Wolfsburg, Germany we are currently seeking a dedicated 3D Operator to work on freelance basis.
Responsibilities:
- production of polygonal meshes from low-poly as well as high-poly modellings (softparts) with corresponding UV-layouts
- production of softparts for real-time sceneries in compliance of set guidelines
Qualifications:
- several years experience in modelling car parts, in particular seat geometry
- knowledge of the online configurator process for documenting softparts
- knowledge of 3D-operating as well CAD and / or 3D-visualisation
Experience:
- very good technical knowledge and high affinity towards the automobile industry
- excellent visual understanding
- must be comfortable working with complex systems and structures
- group orientated and determined working method
- ability to work under pressure
- good German is a must / English skills are a plus
- keen on learning new technologies
Technical skills:
Autodesk
Maya & VRED, 3ds Max, Catia, IMA, VRay, Microsoft Excel
Location: Wolfsburg, Germany (no remote work possible / on-site only)
Income: very good hourly rate, tbc
