I like what you have so far! That staircase in particular is beautiful. Will you be trying to match the original concept's point of view, or is it just from you to work from?
I agree that it does feel a bit big at the moment - although I am assuming that will change as the scene gets filled up with props.
My only concern is that I wouldn't consider that "cozy." The dark lighting is bordering more on fear than comfort for me, and the slightly industrial appearance of the tile make my mind wander towards this being a scene that ends up demolished and covered in blood and dirt It has an abandoned asylum/hospital feel to it in my opinion.

Thanx everybody I'll mainly gonna match the concept and its gonna be alot cozier aswell. I'm also still trying to com up with a story. I'm deciding wether or not I should give it a Soviet touch or something in that direction. Not sure yet, still brainstorming in that respect.
The point regarding the scale of the room, yes I think its a little to big but I think once the staircase is inside and a few props it'l look fine. I'm very pickie when it comes to exact scale
Small update Finished the Fridge. Also finished the first part of the staircase, gonna start the second part today. Worked on the atmosphere / mood. It's alot cozier now (any thoughts on that would be cool)

Some normal details I'll do in Ndo.
Here are the first two floor/wall tiles in TB2
