Right now I can't really tell entirely what this shape is as a whole... if I were to tell you how to do this off what I'm looking at right now it looks like a 90 degree shelled corner haha... just needs a little more information for us to read what exactly you're trying to build.

I would do it like this, I guess with more exaggerated blade parts but for the most the technique is the same
doesn't really matter how you build your subdivision model but hope that helps
