Let's try a weight exercise. Pull ups. This can be just the gym exercise, or something like pulling yourself up from a cliff. Coming out of a pool. rock climbing or sorts.
Try and show struggle. Muscle fatigue.
(These will no longer be called weekly challenges. Just challenges. I`ll drop the "new" when I unstick it, when we decide to do a new one.)

K, got the base down. Gonna work on the timing a bit more. Any feedback is welcome. And here's a link for easy scrubbing and draw over.

Nice work guys, really digging the jumps. I use a similar process for blocking action shots ( http://www.3dfiggins.com/writeups/fastAction/ ) where the character starts out as a cube or primitive representation.
Good luck, looking forward to seeing how these turn out.
My quick linear blockout so far, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVU6YsQ8Dvk
Legion does not do well in PT. Not sure how far I'll get through this weekend.
@_adamturnbull Loving it! Really like that last section. the bounce, dangle and pull with your little kick off the wall. Great stuff! I think my main crit would be your timing for the run. It feels a bit slow. He seems to speed up mid air, which cant happen. I think if you sped up the run, it would greatly add to your shot.

I use ezgif.com for mine ,it has a load of different options you can set for optimizing and whatnot
My 2 cents.
