Arx anima is calling out for applications from experienced Episodic Directors to work on Talking Tom

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
The position of Episodic Director requires a thorough knowledge of a 3D Animation pipeline.
You will collaborate with the voice director and share with him your input for voice acting.
Work with story and editorial department to make animatics.
Brief the art department on art, prop and set creation.
Direct 3D layout artists in animation blocking, camera, and timing.
Collaborate with the animation director, to carry through your acting intentions.
Brief composer and sound engineers on music and sound design.
Conduct production turnover meetings with all department heads .
As the Episodic Director, you ensure that the series production is completed on time and the production meets the standard of quality set by the Producer
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
At least 5+ years directing experience in episodic animated series
A strong sense of storytelling, comedy and character acting.
Exceptional Working knowledge of animation and post-production techniques and terminology.
Strong organizational, project management leadership and communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high pressure environment while meeting strict TV deadlines.
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of production crew, artistic staff and management.
Being able to keep calm under constant pressure and creating order in the midst of chaos are other desirable qualities.
