So here's a scene I've been working on in my spare time for the past month and a half.
It's a cyber punk themed robotic parts shop crammed into a dense urban district. I'm trying to build out an interesting marriage between old/retro themes with futuristic technology kind of blended on top.
Still have a long way to go in terms of building assets and setting up lighting but I'm pretty happy with a lot of what I've made. Some things need to redone but I'm pretty happy with where I'm getting with this.
Let me know what you think and if you have any cool ideas or tips. I look forward to your feedback.
Thanks!

Decided to change the hanging light in the background bouncing light off the wall to be an entry way with light coming out. Right now it's a little harsh in terms of contrast but I plan on having a cloth drape across the entry way and use SSS to soften the lighting. Early tests of it look good, I just need to make a proper drape mesh.
I like how it's coming so far. One thing I'd to push is that this is the future where getting cybernetic augmentations is as normal as getting a tattoo. In that vein, I'm gonna start making it look more like a tattoo parlor. I think that's also where I'm gonna be having some fun, creating complex-looking machines of questionable use that, presumably, are used to give people metal prostheses.
I'd like to include more(any) emissive lights. Maybe I'm just used to seeing it a lot in other cyber-punk scenes but I always liked the way it looks. I'm just trying not to include any lights that will throw off all of the current lighting setup.
Still lots to texture and lots of props to make to fill out the scene.
Thanks for the feedback! That's the kind of stuff I was hoping to hear.
Cheers.
Edit: I see what I need to fix. Some meshes don't have enough geometry so they're causing shading errors. I've started adding supporting edge loops to any objects that lack them(there are a few).
Thanks for the feedback and kind words guys! I know there's gonna more I can do with it but for now it's done!
