Zbrush polypainting MALE HEAD

Hey I'm on the painting side of things on this head. I'm making this head for a game that this group is making. If you guys could give me pointers on the sculpt and the paint side that would be great. And maybe tell me how I could do eyes? (tutorial video)

Use reference, and check out MARI its pretty easy for texturing skin

I enjoyed reading about this method. A lot of it is just normal-digital painting. You could stencil on the eyes and just use a matcap for it as well.
