No Wacom pressure sensitivity in Substance Painter

I've just started using Substance Painter and don't appear to be getting the proper pressure sensitivity on brush strokes with either the size or flow (or both) pressure activated with the controls in the brush properties menu.
I read that some people were having issues with Wacom drivers, but that was quite a while back and I've made sure I'm using the most recent drivers for my Intuos Pro.
Working in Windows 8.1
I'm not sure what else to try at this point. Any suggestions?
