Character Concept: Aqua Beast

Isabela, a water creature that was from an upper-class society that resided under the sea in the early 1800’s. Because of the ever growing intelligence of the human race her people’s water have been poisoned. They had become mutated; half fish half human and forced to become a nomadic civilization. A few months later, she was banished from the group; she was called a “human lover” because she found there technology intriguing.  She was forced to wander the dry lands alone, searching for the reason why they were this way, and how to save their home.

Not too bad, Christine.
A few things I see that could maybe use some tweaking, 

• I would add a little more difference between the two halves of you model. You concept has a much bigger separation between the two, add that to your model.
• In the concept there is a detail on the top of the head that was rather interesting. The horns or ridges you drew, where did they go? They were a cool element that seems to have been omitted.
• I personally would like to see more scales on the scale side of the Beast. You drew big dragon looking scales on the concept and they didn't make it into your model. 
  I'm not a big fan of the noise pattern on the outer layer of clothing, that long shirt. The detail is either too small to see or a little too unclear as to what it is meant to represent. 
• Lastly, watch out for the skeletal structure on the mutated side of the Beast. Melted skin and mutation like this should probably leave the skeleton in tact. make sure your creature's skull makes sense under all that sculpting.

Keep up the good work, your making good time with this. Can't wait to see the low poly.
