zBrush - What happened to my SpaceBar menu?

Hello folks,
PROBLEM:
After a while I lose the (Draw, Move, Scale, Rotate) buttons. [mesh manipulation, NOT document versions] In the image below you'll see they are missing and now replaced with (Tile, Steps, Strength, fH) Does anyone know why this happens or how I can fix/switch back?
NOTES:
Restarting zBrush fixes the issue, but that is not really a solution. And everyone I've talked to doesn't see to know what's happening and has never seen this themselves.
