To embark on its ambitious feature animation plans, the UK-headquartered Cinesite, which recently acquired Vancouver-based vfx shop Image Engine, has opened a 54,000-square-feet animation studio in downtown Montreal. The new facility will have the capacity for 500 permanent staff."
This is exciting news. I've been longing for the return of traditional 2d animation, so I'm glad there is a renewed attempt at bringing it back.

Nice too see they will also help on the devloppement of Klaus.
If you know how Canadian subsidies work, they'll will prioritize Quebecois residents first (maybe with a bias towards non bi-linguals). Only exceptions I'd think would be Sergio's handpicked staff and other senior level international hires.
