Doesn't read as a samurai at all (neither does the concept to be fair) but it looks good so far. I would reconsider the placement of the front shoulder-spikes as they would skewer her face if she moved her arm forward.

Oh man very nice! Reminds me of Guild Wars. The metal helmet carving into her cheeks seems like it would be really uncomfortable. Seems like it should be spread out a bit from the face.
Great character so far! It feels very weird that the piece of hanging cloth goes underneath the thigh armor pads. I'm also not super fan of the 3 armor pads on the same cloth underneath the belt in the back of the character. But that's the design I guess. Otherwise the execution is really great so far!
@Cremuss Thanks for your feedback. For the back armour pad i have fixed it and made it attached to the chain. Will update it soon. But i dont know whether it will be good idea to goo far from the concept.
