Inspired by my recent trip to China, and to celebrate Chinese New Year, I decided to go with a Chinese Royalty theme for this contest! Happy year of the monkey everyone! Quite a lot to work with. Will be a lot of fun to make use of Substance Painter to texture the many luxurious patterns!

Here's a quick sketch. Will probably exaggerate proportions and monster-like qualities a lot more in the final. Didn't really feel like rendering a ton of fabric patterns for the concept, but there will be a ton of luxurious patterns in the textures for sure. Pretty stoked to begin work in 3D!
