Hey! Welcome to the forum!
To post your images, simply upload them to a website such as http://imgur.com/ (You'll need to register first).

Once you upload an image there, click on it and you will see its details. One of them will be a direct link to the image, which you'll need to copy and then paste once you click on the "Attach image/file" icon here on polycount: 


Once you do so the image will be automatically added to your thread.
