I was really short of time last week so I didn't do much. But here's some progress

no problem, I'm glad if it helps. Fibermesh is a great tool for alphas as well. I did this one with the same settings. Gonna use it for the next pass:

Danng, how'd you bake that ? ..I just suck at baking....XD So any tips or helpful links?

One thing though, I think the face needs a bit more definition, he looks a bit droopy in the eye area.
