he might be missing a top hat though :P
Cleaned up the concept sculpt and separated out the elements. Started detailing the head, though still not in love with the design so it may change.
did some work on the head sculpt, still playing with design but liking it's direction.
playing with patterns for the jacket while I jump around detailing him. really need to start focusing on one area at a time.
