3ds max/zbrush uvm breaks each polygon

Hi,

the more you work with the  programs,  the more errors you run in.  

While my  mesh  is perfectly fine in zbrush  as you can see at the bottom, it isnt anymore after i export it to 3ds max.   

In 3ds Max it breaks apart all islands. In Zbrush i tried to export with the MRG(merge) button and without. 
Unfortunately it did not work.

I export with multimap exporter.

    Select all UV's and use weld option with 0.0 tolerance.... or 0.01 don't remember which one was OK. But it works for sure. I fixed those uv's many times.

    I did that before but the problem  is that whenever i creat something like displacment map and export the map+base mesh. Zbrush creats the displacment map with the unwelded uvs.  When i weld the uvs in 3ds max after that, the displacment map does not perfectly line up anymore with the welded uvs.
